How much does mortgage advice cost?

The introductory call and the initial feasibility check are free and non-binding. The advisory fee is set in advance, fully transparently, and only if you choose to move forward with the process.

Does mortgage advice really save money?

In most cases, yes, and by significant amounts. A difference of a tenth of a percent in the interest rate on an average mortgage adds up to tens of thousands of shekels over the life of the loan. Professional negotiation with several banks in parallel almost always achieves better terms than approaching a branch on your own.

I was rejected by the bank. Is there anything to do?

Yes. A rejection at one bank is not a rejection at every bank. Bar Ors Finance specializes in complex cases: analyzing the reason for the rejection, improving the data and resubmitting to the appropriate party.

Can I get the service without coming to an office?

Absolutely. Guidance is provided in person in the Or Akiva area and surroundings, or remotely by video and phone calls - customers from all over the country receive exactly the same service.

When is it worth checking a mortgage refinance?
